An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/9/22. The provider had two children in care. A total of 5 points. The children were napping during the inspection. The provider has lots of space for the children to explore. Lots of supplies available. A violation notice was given to the provider with this summary.

Evidence: A household member turned 18 this year and does not have the fingerprint check on file.Plan of Correction: I will make sure my daughter get the background check done, she is at college most of the year and I did not think she needed it.
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-60-B Description: Based on the review of 2 children's records, the provider failed to get some of the information to make the record complete.
