Technical Assistance:
Reminder that emergency evacuation drills need to be conducted and documented every month and shelter-in-place drills need to be conducted and documented twice a year.

Comments:
An announced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider beginning at 9:59 AM and ending at 11:28 AM. There were 8 children, ages 6 month through 4 years old, in the care of the provider and two assistants for a total of 23 points. Four children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider and two assistant records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were reviewed.
