Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 10::30am-11:10am. There were 4 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 4 children?s records, 3 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were ]inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and being bottle fed. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
