An in person renewal study was conducted today. There were 8 children (21 points) present with 2 caregivers. 3 adult and 3 child records were reviewed.
First aid supplies, Emergency supplies, Emergency evacuation drills, fridge/freezer temperatures and the dog's rabies vaccinations are all in compliance.
Violations reviewed with Provider: Child records, Emergency Preparedness Plan. The inspection will be typed off site and emailed to the provider for signatures.
LI was present today from 12:05PM - 1:00 PM.
