An announced Initial inspection was conducted 8/22/2022 from 12:15pm to 2:00pm. The Provider and four household member records were reviewed. The home was supplied with ample toys and programming equipment appropriate for the children currently in care. Adequate space determined for the requested capacity of 7 children. Emergency procedures and First Aid/CPR certification was verified. The crib found on site met the CPSC requirements. Violations found today during this inspection were reviewed with provider and an appropriate corrective action was provided. Evidence: Applicant #1 did not have documentation of a sworn statement. The Applicant stated that the sworn statement was completed, but could not find it during the inspection.Plan of Correction: I will send them to you.
