An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/24/22 from 10:40am to 11:40am with the provider. There were three children in care, ranging in age from 14-months to four-years-old, for a total of 8 points. Children were observed coming inside and washing their hands, doing work sheets, and playing a matching game with the provider. Three child records, the provider?s record, and four household member records were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. One medication and authorization form were reviewed and the provider has current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT). The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed.
