A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on August 17, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. A Violation was found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and is identified on the violation notice.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-180-B Description: Based on record review it was determined the Provider did not maintain a complete written hard copy record of daily attendance as the documents did not capture arrival the departure of each child in care as it occurs. Plan of Correction: I did not realize I needed to record on the attendance when the children left but will do so for now on.
