An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 12:03pm. Observed 1 child = 4 points with the Provider. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Upon arrival to the home the provider was vacuuming the rug in the daycare while the child was watching TV. The provider said lunch today included chicken, green beans, bread, milk, and water. The daycare was sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for the children. The provider completed required trainings.
