A monitoring inspection was initiated on 08/29/2022 and concluded on 08/29/2022. There were five children present, ranging in ages from three years to four years, with one staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of seven child records and one provider record and one household member record was reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
