A renewal inspection was initiated on 9/6/22 and concluded on 9/8/22. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 2 children present and 1 caregiver. totaling 6 points The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 1 child's record and 2 caregiver records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
During the virtual inspection , the children in care were observed playing. The provider gave the children granola bars, raspberries and milk for breakfast.
