An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/08/2022. There were 8 children, ages 14 months- 4 years, totaling 25 points, and 2 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records, 3 caregiver records, 1 household member?s record and 1 medication were reviewed. The children were observed in free choice play and in music and movement activities. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:00 am and departed at 11:00 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
