Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 13, 2022. There were 2 children present, with One (1) caregiver supervising within the supervision guidance. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, child and caregiver files, special care and emergencies and nutrition. There was no medication on sight at the time of the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
