Standard #: 8VAC20-790-250-B Description: Based on record review, the provider did not ensure that caregivers complete Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff sponsored by the Department of Education within the first 90 days of employment.
Evidence:
1) On the date of inspection, the record for Staff #3 (start date 06/20/2022) did not contain documentation of having completed the Preservice training.Plan of Correction: Staff #3 completed the Preservice training. The provider submitted the documentation to the LI.
