A renewal inspection was completed on 09/27/2022. There were no children present with one provider present. There is one child enrolled and that child will arrive after school. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of one child record, one provider record and 4 household records were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:30 am and concluded at 11:30 a.m.
This inspection was amended on 107/2022 and copies were emailed to the provider.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-210-A Description: Based on interview, the caregiver failed to obtain a minimum of sixteen clock hours of training annually in areas relevant to their job responsibilities.
Evidence:
1. The caregiver said she had completed some on-line trainings but did not have documentation.Plan of Correction: The provider will get documentation of training she has completed and if it does not total 16 hrs. more training will be completed.
