8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Subsidy Providers

A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/28/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 10:30am and ended at 11:30am. There was 1 caregivers with 3 children at the family day home at the time of the visit. The children were observed playing freely during the inspection. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
