An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted today. A total of 6 children present (13pts) 2 of which belonged to the provider with 2 staff. The children were playing freely on both rooms used for programming. Staff were observed positively interacting with the children. The toys and equipment onsite were determined age appropriate for the children currently in care. No medication needs at this time and topical ointments were labeled correctly and inaccessible to children. Walk thru of the programming space, bathroom, crib room and observation of the backyard play area was made. You are reminded that the trampoline is not permitted to be used by enrolled children. A total of 4 children's records were reviewed, all staff and household health screenings were reviewed. All background checks remain current at this time. Some additional barriers were placed to ensure the children do not have access to a storage room and electronic equipment. Previous violations were reviewed from the February inspection. Evidence:
Child # 2 and # 3 are under the age of 2 years. Immunizations were not obtained every six months.Plan of Correction: I will obtain the immunizations from the parents and request any time a child has a check up that the parents provide documentation.
