An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 10/11/2022. There were 3 children present, ages 2 years- 4years, totaling 6 points and 1 provider present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of diseases, emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 3 children?s records, 1 caregiver record and 1 household member records were viewed. The children were observed during teacher directed activity and independent play. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: children?s records and fire safety. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:00 am and departed the family day home at 10:00 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notices issued to provider.

Evidence: The record for Caregiver 1 documented the most recent CPR certification expired 12/2020. Caregiver 1 confirmed a more recent certification was not available for review.Plan of Correction: Caregiver has registered for a class scheduled on 10/18/2022.
