A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/12/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-430-A-3 Description: Based on a review of evacuation logs, the provider failed to practice the lockdown procedures at least once annually.
Evidence:
The provider did not have any documentation of completing the procedure for a lockdown drill within the last year.Plan of Correction: We will complete a lockdown drill once a year.
