An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/05/2022 from 8:30am to 9:45am. There were 4 children ages 15 months to age 3 years old (10 points) with the Provider. The programming area, outdoor playground area, menus, Provider and 3 Household member records, 4 children?s records, attendance, emergency drills, and emergency supplies were reviewed. Children were observed participating in a playdough activity and snack. Diapering and handwashing procedures were also observed. The Provider had current certification in CPR and First Aid training. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
