An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 13/2022. Upon arrival at 2:20 PM there were a total of 8 children under the care of 2 staff present. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 household/staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 22.1-289.036-B-2 Description: Based on record review, the Licensee failed to ensure all household members ages 18 year of age and older completes a fingerprint background check.
EVIDENCE:
Licensing Inspector reviewed 3 staff/household member records. Records for Household Member #1 did not include documentation of a completed fingerprint background check within 30 days of their 18th birthday.
