Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted a renewal inspection on Friday, October 14, 2022. The inspection begin at 9:45 AM and concluded at 11:30 AM. The children were observed completing a coloring sheet. Today, there were five children, totaling 12 points, present with one caregiver. The inspector observed the inside and outside play areas, kitchen, and restroom. Five children?s records, and one caregiver?s record were reviewed during the inspection. Last emergency drill: 9/2/22 and Shelter-in-place drills: 4/2022. There were violations found during today?s inspection.

Description: Based on documentation review, the provider did not obtain tuberculosis (TB) tests or screenings every two years. Evidence: The provider did not have documentation of a TB test or screening every two years from the date of the first screening. The screening should have been obtained on or before (5/5/2022).
