A discussion was held with the provider regarding the family day home licensing process, and that children must be enrolled and observed in care by the inspector.

A monitoring inspection was conducted on October 21, 2022. There are no children currently enrolled. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration and physical plant. . Two caregiver/household member records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
