An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today beginning at 11:13am with the provider on site. There were 5 children with 1 caregiver. A sample of 1 child's files and 1 household member's file was reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: outside play. Interactions between the children and caregiver was positive. The site was clean, organized and contained an abundant supply of developmentally appropriate materials. The physical space, attendance records, drill record and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Standard #: 8VAC20-800-180-A Description: Based on record review, the provider did not obtain for each adult household member a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening form every two years from the date of the first screening.
Evidence:
1. Household Member #1 had a tuberculosis screening form dated 6/30/2020.Plan of Correction: I will make an appointment as soon as we can in approximately two weeks.
