An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/18/22 from 9:30am to 10:30am with the provider. There were seven children in care, ranging in age from 22-months-old to three-years-old, for a total of 15 points. Children were observed cleaning up toys, reading books with the provider about owls, and coloring items that started with the letter ?E?. Three child records and one assistant record were reviewed. The provider and assistant have current certification in CPR and First Aid. The provider does not give medication and understands that she must obtain certification in Medication Administration Training in order to do so. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed.
