Comments:
An in-person mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on October 4, 2022. There were 6 children (18 points) in care with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. An infant was observed sleeping in a crib on their back. Toddlers were observed reading books, moving freely and completing puzzles. Caregivers were singing with children and interacting with children with positive reinforcement. A total of 3 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
