A renewal inspection was conducted today. The provider was caring for 2 children, totaling 5 points. The children were observed playing with toys, reading stories, and preparing for lunch. The children were served lentils, rice, broccoli, bananas, and milk for lunch today.
The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administrative records, the physical plant, emergency preparedness, background checks, children's records, adult records, nutrition, and provider training.
