Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on October 27, 2022 from 11:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were six children, ages 2-3, in the care of the provider and one assistant. No medication is being administered at this family day home.
Four children's and the records for the provider and assistant were reviewed and updated. Areas observed were: short movie, lunch preparation, lunch, hand washing/bathroom procedures, and transition. No violations were found during this inspection.
