An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. The inspector was on site from approximately 10:50 am until 12:00 pm. Upon the inspector?s arrival, there were five children present with one caregiver supervising for a value of 15 points. Children were observed playing, washing their hands, having lunch and preparing for nap time. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and one caregiver record were reviewed. The inspector interacted with the caregiver and children in care.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact the licensing inspector.
