An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/2/2022 from 10:30am-12:15pm. There were 8 children (21 points) supervised by 2 direct caregivers. The home, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging freely and playing outside. Diapering and handwashing procedures were also observed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
