A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on November 7, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Upon arrival, there were five children present for a total of 13 points. No medication is being administered at this time. Four children, along with the provider and one household members records were reviewed and updated. No violations were found during this inspection.
Areas observed were: outside play, transition, hand washing/bathroom procedures and free choice activity. The children appeared to be well aware of the daily routine and schedule.
A licensing code compliance inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found.
