A renewal inspection was conducted on11/9/2022 . There were 7 children present, totaling 14 points, with the provider supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 7 child records and 2 caregiver/household records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Violations were reviewed with the provider during the exit interview.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-210-A Description: Based upon provider interview, the provider has not obtained a minimum of sixteen clock hours of annual training.
Evidence:
The provider stated that she had not obtained the required sixteen clock hours of annual training.Plan of Correction: The provider responded with the following:
USDA training is already scheduled. The required annual training for the past year in addition to the required training for this year will be obtained.
