Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 11/15/2022 from 9:50 am-11:37 am. There were 8 children (22 points) supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging freely. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Description: Based on a record review and interview, the Provider did not obtain criminal fingerprints for a caregiver prior to the caregiver?s first day.
