Discussion of a crib mattress within the sleeping room that appeared slightly bowed; indicating that the crib sheet has shrunk and is now too tight, thus causing this curvature. Please replace with a crib sheet that fits properly and does not cause the mattress to bow. No child was using this crib on the date of inspection.

This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 11/29/2022, between the hours of 9:30 am to 11:30 am. There were 12 children present (30 points), ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 12 children records, and 2 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
