Reminder: 16 hours of annual training are required for all Caregivers

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, 11/21/2022, from 12:40PM to 1:15PM. 7 children (23pts) were directly supervised by 2 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, required posted documents, evacuation drills, 3 children?s records, caregiver records, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, the bottles and changing tables were reviewed. Children were observed resting. Age appropriate activities and materials were available for the children. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law. Violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the Provider. Standard #: 8VAC20-800-180-A
Description: Based on review of documents and interview with the Provider, the Provider did not obtain a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening form every 2 years from the date of the first screening, for each caregiver. Evidence: The TB screening for Caregiver #1 expired 08/06/2022

Plan of Correction: The TB screening will be updated right away.
