Standard #: 8VAC20-800-690-D Description: Based on observation and interview the licensee did not ensure the diapering surface was in compliance.
Evidence:
The licensee had been using a changing pad with an absorbent cover.Plan of Correction: The cover has been removed from the changing pad and only the nonabsorbent surface is used during diapering.
