A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 12/14/2022 from 9:20am to 10:40am to review supplemental health and safety requirements There were 6 children ages 20 months to age 4 years old (14 points) with the Provider. The programming area, attendance, outdoor playground area, menus, Provider, Assistant and Household member records, 6 children?s records, emergency drills, and emergency supplies were reviewed. There were no medications onsite. Children were observed participating in free play and snack. The Provider and Assistant are current with certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid training.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
