A SHSI inspection was conducted on 12/14/22. The vendor had two assistants present with 11 children totaling 33 points. The children were observed getting ready for nap. The provider has lost of space and material to explore and interaction between caregivers and children were observed during the inspection. According to the children they had green soup for lunch with apples and milk.
No subsidy standards were cited at this inspection.
