The purpose of today?s visit was to monitor compliance during a routine unannounced renewal visit. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the provider. The children were sitting in high chairs doing a color activity preparing for lunch time. There were 4 children and 4 staff present.
Limited licensing requirements were monitored in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 1 child record, 2 staff records and 1 household record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
