Technical Assistance:
Discussed attendance requirements, and emergency drill to be conducted by the end of the year.

The provider must send documentation to the LI that the background checks have been requested no later than 10 days following this notification dated December 19, 2022. Once the background check is received by the center, the results must be forwarded to the licensing inspector.

A renewed license will not be issued until the licensing inspector has verified all background check results.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:00am-11:00am. There were 4 children directly supervised by 1 staff. The child care area, 1 staff records, 4 children?s records, 1 household member?s records, ret records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed sleeping and playing with playdough in highchairs. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
