Licensing inspector discussed emailing the inspector when the facility is closed with the provider.
- Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:00pm-3:00pm. There were 9 children in the direct care and supervision of 2 caregivers. A sample of 4 children?s records, and 2 caregivers records were reviewed. The children were observed napping and being picked up by parents. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Standard #: 8VAC20-800-320-A Description: Based on observation, small electrical appliances were not unplugged unless being used by the caregiver or with children under close supervision.
Evidence:
A toaster oven and blender located in the kitchen were plugged in and not in use.Plan of Correction: Completed during the inspection.
