Violations:
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-240-A
Description: Based on walk-through of the family day home, in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
Evidence:
1. A drain on the floor had wires wrapped around. It did not have a cover to prevent children from being able to stick their fingers down the drain. The drain location would be an accessible area to children.

Plan of Correction: The drain was replaced.
