Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 12/6/2022 from 11:25am to 12:30pm. There were 4 children (8 points) directly supervised by 1 caregiver. The home, the provider's records, 4 children's records, 1 household member's records, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely inside the play room. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Description: Based on observation, the provider did not ensure that they had a first aid kit with the required minimum items.
Evidence: observed that the provider was missing adhesive tape and one triangular bandage in their first aid kit.
