An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:00am-12:10pm. A total of 5 children and 2 caregivers were on site during the inspection. Children were observed napping, eating and playing. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the provider.
