An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. Nine children were present with two caregivers for twenty three points which is within ratios for supervision. Observed two children napping in cribs and seven participating in coloring sheets, books and puzzles, transition to hand washing and prep for lunch. No medication was reported to be on-site today. Reviewed training hours for caregivers, emergency preparation, drills, 1 child's record, background checks for two caregivers, physical space and nutrition. Lunch to be served today was mac and cheese, corn, blueberry muffins and milk. The youngest is still bottle fed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.

The online compliance history includes only information after July 1, 2003. In addition, the online compliance history includes information regarding adverse actions that may be the subject of a pending appeal. An adverse action is not final until a provider has exhausted or waived all due process rights. For compliance history prior to July 1, 2003, or information regarding the status of pending adverse actions, please contact the Licensing Inspector listed in the facility's information. The Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS) is not responsible for any errors in or omissions from the compliance history information.
