Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. There were two children in care with the provider for a total of eight points. The children were observed resting, watching television, and eating. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records, one provider record, and four household member records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. If you have questions regarding this inspection you may contact Sharon Allen at 540-272-2941 or sharon.allen@doe.virignia.gov.
