An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/11/2023 from 9:15am to 10:40am. There were 4 children ages 13 months to age 2 years old (10 points) with the Provider. The programming area, attendance, menus, Provider, Assistant and Household member records, 4 children?s records, emergency drills, and emergency supplies were reviewed. There were no children?s medications onsite. Children were observed participating in free play and watching tv. Provider and assistant had current certification in CPR and First Aid training. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
Please complete the columns for "Plan of Correction" and "Date to be Corrected" for each violation cited on the Violation Notice, and then return a signed and dated copy to the licensing office by 5pm on 1/19/23. Please email me at angela.dudek@doe.virginia.gov with any questions.
