Comments:
A renewal inspection was conducted on 01/18/2023 between the hours of approximately 11:00 am and 1:40 pm. There were 4 children present, ranging in ages from 11 months to 4 years (10 points), with the provider. At the time of entrance, the inspector met with the provider at the neighborhood park where children where enjoying nature and pleasant weather. Afterwards, the children walked back home with the provider, washed hands and used the restroom and got ready for lunch. Lunch today consisted of mac-n-cheese, grapes, applesauce, carrots, pb&j sandwiches and milk. After lunch, the children played with toys and then transitioned to naptime.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 1 staff record were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
