Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 1/18/2023. There were 9 children directly supervised by 2 caregivers. The home, 1 staff record, 3 child's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed preparing to go outside and playing outside. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Description: Based on review, the provider did not ensure that they obtained documentation of physical examinations within 30 days after the first day of attendance.
Evidence: Reviewed 3 children's records and found that Child 1 did not have documentation of a physical exam.
