An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/24/2023 from 10:00am-12:00pm. There were 11 children (35 points) supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, 3 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging freely, napping, and eating snack. Diapering and handwashing procedures were also observed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
