An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today to review the previous violations which resulted in a provisional license.
There were five children in care with three caregivers for a total of 16 points.
The children were resting and eating a snack.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and the violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
